How many Junior Ministers does it take to change a lightbulb?
Enda Kenny used to say only twelve. Yesterday he broke from that however as he named fifteen new Junior Ministers, nine from Fine Gael and six from Labour.
Here they are;

Housing & Planning:    Willie Penrose (LAB) Longford/Westmeath

Primary Care:   Róisín Shortall (LAB) Dublin North West

Small Business:   John Perry (FG) Sligo/North Leitrim

European Affairs:   Lucinda Creighton (FG) Dublin South East

Trade & Development:   Jan O'Sullivan (LAB) Limerick City

NewEra Project:   Fergus O'Dowd (FG) Louth

Public Service Reform and OPW:   Brian Hayes (FG) Dublin Souht West

Training and Skills:    Ciarán Cannon (FG) Galway East

Research & Innovation:   Seán Sherlock (LAB) Cork East

Gaeltacht Affairs:   Dinny McGinley (FG) Donegal South West

Tourism & Sport:    Michael Ring (FG) Mayo
